Who I'd Kill and Other Stuff.

June 23, 2011

Gahhhh, I'm it.  My OLBFF, Nicole, --who is about to get her status revoked-- tagged me on a meme.  I love reading and participating but hate tagging people.  So if I tag you and it's just not your thing, don't sweat it.

If you could go back in time and relive one moment, what would it be?

When we were kids, there was a huge set of woods we used to play in, for hours.  There were trees that canopied to the ground and created hidden rooms.  Others so tall, when you climbed to the top you felt like the only person in the world.  Blackberries abound.  Any day in those woods would be fine by me.  (BTW...They're gone now.  Replaced by planned community.)

If you could go back in time and change one thing, what would it be?
Here goes nothing.  Because once I say it, I can't take it back but maybe some teen will read this and it will impact their life.  I would have given my virginity to someone I loved, and had loved for a LONG time.

What movie/tv character do you most resemble in personality?
Sam off iCarly.  She speaks her mind, even if it's not what Carly wants to hear or even if it comes out of left field.  And she'll beat a boy down with a stick of butter in a sock if he breaks her BFF's heart.

If you could push one person off a cliff and get away with it, who would it be?
I only get to push one person off?  Because several people popped into my mind and I'm having a hard time choosing just one.  There was a mom at my son's last school who was really nasty to me for no effing reason, I'd push her.  And she's chained to six other people at that school I won't mention by name.  That felt good.  Hypothetical killing is quite therapeutic.

Name one habit you want to change in yourself.
I want to let go of my anxiety, it knots my shoulders like crazy.

Describe yourself in one word.
Animated.  After a presentation I did in college, a girl complimented with that description.  It labels me to a T.  (Of course I'm stubborn, opinionated...but we won't go there.)
Describe the person who named you in this meme in one word.
Twin.  Everything that comes out of this girl's mouth (read: blog) is something I've thought, felt or said myself.  She's like a carbon copy and I completely adore her.  Why not, she's me. :)
Why do you blog? Answer in one sentence.
To connect with writers, because there are the only ones who "get it."

Who am I tagging?
Hate this stuff, so I'm gonna cheat and put the same thing Nicole did....The last three commenters!

  4. Dude, what is up with all these YA attacks lately? THat article pissed me off too. Did you read my tweet yesterday? I said something like about the time my books go on the shelves, I plan to insult the YA publishing industry to see if I can boost my sales. Best thing to do is take away their power by ignoring them.
